Luis Monzón Artiles was born in Las Palmas de Gran Canarias on April 09 of 1.966.

In 1999, card as semiofficial pilot of Peugeot Sport Spain, happening on the following year as official pilot, managing to be this way the first pilot official Canario of a Mark.

In the year 2003, it took part in two tests of the Championship of Spain of Big Tourism with Frames LM 600 (750 hp), being the winner two celebrated careers at the same time that it does his first incursions in the NASCAR.
In 2004, he took part with a Ferrari 360 Módena NGT in the Championship of Spain of GT, obtaining both in Sherry and in Valency the first absolute position.
In 2005, with Ferrari, he took part in 24 Hours of Daytona (USA), obtaining the ninth position. In addition to the second absolute position obtained in the Circuit of Sherry with a Ferrari 360 Módena NGT.
